Michele is absolutely tenacious when it comes to helping her customers and agents.  She is not only full of energy, but is also a “people” person.  She tries to develop personal relationships with her clients and many have become lifelong clients and friends.  

Sparks passion for her work is met by her commitment to her community.  When she is not out helping buyers and seller’s achieve their real estate goals, Sparks is often found volunteering her time and resources to numerous Riverside County-area charities including organizations supporting animal rescue, youth sports, public safety, and education.  

Tracy Gruender is Michele Sparks Operation Manager and “Right Hand Woman”. Tracy has worked with Michele for the last four years and has partnered with her on everything from Marketing to assisting clients through Real Estate Transactions. Her favorite part of Real Estate is building relationships during these transactions that add a meaningful and personal dimension to the process. She finds satisfaction in connecting with people beyond just the business side, creating a foundation of trust that often leads to stronger, more successful outcomes!

As the Sparks Team Property Manager, Tracy ensures the optimal performance of properties by maintaining high occupancy rates, fostering positive tenant relations, and overseeing day - to -day operations, including maintenance, rent collection, and vendor coordination. Her phone is on 24 hours a day, ensuring she’s always accessible and ready to assist, further strengthening her connections and responsiveness in both personal and professional relationships!

Above all, God, Family, her Job, and Community are the heart of everything she does. She believes that strong, supportive relationships are the foundation of a fulfilling life, and she strives to bring that spirit into every aspect of her work. 

Travis Sparks was born and raised in Riverside. He comes from a Real Estate background that his parents have been in for 25 years, giving him a deep understanding of the industry and a solid foundation of experience to build upon. Travis’s approach is simple: know his business, listen to his client’s needs, understand his customers’ expectations, use technology to deliver his message, and get the right kind of exposure for his clients.  Travis’ goal is to make every transaction successful by bringing high energy, strong communication, and a friendly nature ensuring a comfortable and smooth transaction.

Travis currently is working on his college education and is an active member of his community with interests that include golfing, basketball, working out, and going to the beach.  He can listen to Sports podcast all day or watch the Wolf’s Den podcast with Jordan Belfort. Paddy Mack has been in the photo and video space for the past 8 years. He started his career behind the camera shooting properties for Michele as one of his first clients.  Paddy now travels the world piloting FPV Drones for companies like Lamborghini, Redbull, Adobe, Hyundai, Alfa Romeo, Sony, Gopro, Discovery Channel and many more. Michele and Paddy have had a longstanding partnership that has stood the test of time!
